What's the difference between chicken feet and chicken paws?
Paws are cut at the hock joint (foot only); feet include part of the shank/leg. Both are Grade A and IQF — the right one depends on your market's preference. See our paws-vs-feet guide.
How are the feet graded and packed?
Graded by weight (calibre), cuticle removed, glazing to contract, packed in 10 kg cartons with inner bags — roughly 26–27 MT per 40ft reefer.
